Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. I hope you are happy with your artwork. However, if there are any issues or faults, please get in touch with me. I’ll do my best to resolve any issues to your satisfaction. Please see below for more information on the return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in good condition, with no damages, faults, defects or other changes.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

● bespoke goods made or commissioned to your specific order

● original artworks

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email studio@blankamorikawa.art to notify me of your wish to return an item, and any related faults. If we agree to proceed with a return, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for the return shipping and all related charges. I strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, I will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. I will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note

Goods will not be accepted for return unless I am reasonably satisfied that they are damaged, faulty or defective or otherwise do not conform with these terms.
